our invitation
Nourish+ (an early May, 4-night, luxury retreat, nestled in the bountiful and beautiful surroundings of Herefordshire) is an invitation to women in mid-life to come for rest and rejuvenation. It is the perfect opportunity to nurture, reclaim and feel restored.
As the seasons change from spring to summer, we have created the perfect environment and programme to help you let go and root down into stillness, to reconnect with your body and discover new ‘recipes’ to help you thrive and flourish in midlife. Using the power of food, creativity and mindful movement, join us to rediscover a sense of balance and zest, and reset physically, mentally and nutritionally.
We offer luxury accommodation, wonderful amenities, yoga, reflective and restorative workshops, a foraging walk, cookery demonstrations, a vineyard tour and tasting, and nutricious meals made from local ingredients.
Your hosts will be therapeutic practitioner and writer Kate Oldfield and chef and co-author of MENOlicious, Belles Berry (daughter of Dame Mary Berry).

Food & recipes from ‘Menolicious’
Belles will be cooking and demonstrating recipes from the book she co-authored with Mariella Frostrup, Menolicious, (the essential cookbook for anyone navigating the challenges and changes of midlife – perimenopause, menopause, and beyond).
Easy and nutritious recipes designed to help balance hormones, boost energy levels, improve weight management, and help you embrace the freedom of a new stage of life.
Please let us know at the time of booking, if you have any food allergies or intolerances.
reflective & embodied sessions
Through gentle reflective writing, embodied visualisation and mindfulness sessions, Kate will help us to claim new stories of fulfilment and self-expression, to nuture our own needs and desires, and to find a restorative centre of calm.
There is no need to have any experience of creative writing to reap the rewards of the reflective sessions (of course, experienced writers are welcome). We will meet you where you are. Writing materials will be provided but please bring a favourite pen and notebook if you have them.
(We will be able to sketch and write with some ink made locally out of foraged plants.)
foraging walk with Liz Knight
Liz Knight will be leading our foraging morning. Her expertise and enthusiasm – familiar to viewers of numerous BBC TV shows including Saturday Live and Escape to the Farm – are truly infectious. On this gentle foraging walk we will discover how the most common plants can be transformed into exciting, nutritious and sustainable foods. We’ll get a glimpse into how women have supported their hormones with plants long before HRT.
Yoga & Sound healinG sessions
Four mornings of gentle wake up yoga, a sleepy yoga session with Sarah and a sound healing session with Helen, offer mindful movement and holistic therapy to ground and centre us.

We had the most amazing time, I cannot recommend this property enough, the pool is great, the hot tub and sauna were clean and heated to perfection.
