Winter Wonder: mindful photgraphy walk & reflective writing

The camera is an instrument that teaches people how to see without a camera.” Dorothea Lange

In our fast-paced world, mindful photography & reflective writing help us to slow down, take a moment and notice the beauty all around us. It’s not about the kit, or learning to take technically perfect photographs, or writing like a best-selling novelist, it’s about looking at the world with fresh eyes and finding ways to engage more deeply with our environment and the moment that we are in, now.

A lovely group, full of curiosity and reflective intention, joined us for a mindful photography & reflective writing session at the Lamb & Flag in Oxford, with all its wonderful literary connections.

Futher workshops will take place throughout the year as the seasons change.

Jo is qualified in mindful photography techniques and Kate in reflective and therapeutic writing practice. They both live and love walking around Oxford deepening their attention with the camera and the pen!
